Dont know how to start really, but let me start with explaining about the title "For the warriors of the light".
You might have guessed the title is borrowed from the book "The manual of the warrior of Light."by one of the greatest Guru of our times Paulo Coelho.
As Mr Coelho points out in this book as well as the alchemist the importance of follwing your dreams and heart, this blog is dedicated to just that.
For when we follow our dreams and heart we are all in a way the warriors of light.
Of course you should not confuse with the word dreams as what comes to us in our sleep but as our aspirations to what we really love doing and are happy doing it on this planet, for that is what we really are here for on this beautiful planet, we call mother earth, as her children in the form of human beings to realize our maximum potential and put forth in this world the joy and inspiration we realize.
Now your dreams can be anything from architecture to medical, from Arts to sports but the important thing is to realize you should love doing that and not just do it for the perks it will bring later on or because it is the "in thing" to do.
We all know how hard it is to stick to our own Heart and do what is right for us and not follow the general trend.
Just like in the book "Jonathan Livingstone Seagull" by another great Guru Richard Bach, The Seagull Jonathan tries to follow his heart and only wants to learn flying against the general trend of fishing and fighting for food,( meaning "careers" for the human race). Initially he is discouraged a lot and even stops doing what he really loves,which is flying, but in the end sticks to doing what he loves and rises above the challenges and achieves victory far beyond he can imagine. As he realizes his mission or his dharma or what you can call his destiny he moves on to the higher states of consciousness,guided by his gurus or teachers,Sullivan and Chiang.
Just like jonathan seagull when in doubt, we all need to stick doing what we love and to our dreams. We also need guidance and encouragement. But you will be surprised if you are receptive and open enough the right guidance is all around you and it usually comes from your heart and instincts.
Your heart or intuition or your gurus voice always comes from your self.
it also guides you towards information you read somewhere or overhear and of course there are these numerous modern scriptures mentioned above and old scriptures like the Vedas And the Gita and the bible and the Zend Avesta, The Holy Koran the I-Ching Etc, Etc. So do not be afraid to be who you are and if you ever have a doubt refer to your heart And of course the God lord has manifested himself in this world in the form of knowledge on the world wide web.(WWW.) You shall definitely find guidance there.
